Week 2 Term 3

Look its already the start of a new term. Hasn't the year gone so fast? Monday. We always start the week off with an assembly but this week it went for 1 hour and 15 mins. Tuesday started of with tech arts and now we are doing fabric. So far I have already made a tennis ball and a pencil case. On Wednesday we had french. We learnt how to ask someone how old they are. Quel age as-tu? Thursday was Haka Practice. We are learning a Haka for maori language week. Friday ended the week with tech arts. We are making pillows.

Week 5 Term 2 :D

This week was a busy week full of writing, reading and maths. Monday started of with assembly. It took longer then expected. It started at 9:00 and finished at 10:00. On Tuesday we had tech arts. This was our last session for art. Our next session we have Design. Wednesday we had french. This time we learnt how to ask someone what another persons name is. Thursday started off we reading and writing. Friday, in the middle block we had our first tech arts in Design :D. So this week was filled with tech arts, Belmont training and work.

Week 3

This week was filled with sport trials for Belmont and Aims games. Starting with Monday, As i got to school i noticed that the shine wall was finished.

This is what it looks like:  

Tuesday we had our second game of volleyball. We played room 16 and we won 30-24, that's our first win of the year.Wednesday I had My first Aims games sevens trials. It was a pretty hard first trial. Thursday Was filled with sports games and Belmont rugby trials. Friday started of with tech arts. In tech arts, we make these clay jandels, then I had my second Aims games sevens trials.

Start of a new term

This Monday was the start of term 2. It started of with the softball semi final. Room 3 against room 13. We finished on 4 innings with unfortunately room 13 winning, 10-8. Tuesday started of with tech arts. Since we do art, we started to under glaze our clay jandals followed by glazing them. Wednesday we had a softball game for 3rd and 4th against room 4. We ended up winning 19-13 but it was  still a hard game. Thursday was a staff vs student game of softball. You had to pick a student from each class. Girls from odd numbers, boys from even. Friday is summer sports. We all do a sport for our house and i'm doing touch. So it was a week full of sports and learning for T.A.I.

Wellington Trip

This Sunday room 3 are going to Wellington as our 2015 camp. Im sharing a cabin with Cheng-yu. Im in group two. For ONTV I'm the weather man! I cant wait for H2OXtreme, its a water park the has lots of slides and pools. We are going snorkelling and veiwing lots of marine life exibits and are also going to Te Papa and the museum of Wellington. 

Tech Arts

This term the year sevens have been doing music. When we get there Mr. Graham or Mrs. German takes the role then says what we are doing in this session. We usually start of we keyboard and then move on to some drums. Sometimes Mr. Graham plays the guitar or the drums. Last session we done some test on the drums, keyboard and guitar. You can either score 3, 2 or 1, 3 being the best then 2, followed by 1. In keyboard I got 3, drums 2 then guitar 3.

Week 4

Today We have inter class Softball against Room 15, not sure if we will beat them but it will be a good game. In maths we learnt about L.C.M and H.C.F (Lowest common multiple and Highest common factor). This afternoon we have french! With Madame Shaw. For Tech Arts we are doing MUSIC! I like it on the keyboard and the guitar.

Week 3

Week 3. I like this week the most. For maths i learnt to expand and simplify equations using base 10.
On Tuesday, Room 3 faced Room 12 in inter class softball, we won 20-0!(I,m in Room three if you didn't know).Today super six touch starts! I'm in BTGW and we are playing hot steppers achieve.
Yesterday Room 3 and some people from room 14, went to french with Mrs Shaw.

Week 2 Term 1

Week 2 already, This year is going so fast.This week i learnt that in maths, the face value is the number itself, total value is how much the number is worth and place value is what column the number is in.
